Modules

Each course is divided into four modules. The last module is an exam module that covers all topics included within the course. It consists of four parts: theory, performance, ear training and sight reading.

Units

Each of these modules is divided into units. The last unit is a quiz that covers all topics included within that module. It consists of three parts: theory, performance and written theory. Also included on this page are the Instructional Outcomes for the module.

Chapters

Each unit is divided into chapters. Within the chapters, the pages are organized into interactive lessons and activities.

Reviews and Summaries

A review is found at the beginning of each unit and it tests the student's knowledge of previously taught concepts. A summary is found at the end of each unit and it tests the student's knowledge of new concepts taught in that unit. Each student's summary and review responses are submitted, instantly marked and saved into their progress report which can be accessed by the student, teacher and parent.

Worksheets

Printable worksheets are available at the end of each unit and provide students with the opportunity to learn how to write music.
